@Bill - it might be best to use Zoom’s chat tool while in a Zoom meeting. You can also save Zoom chats.
Thank you. Yet, I notice (at least for me) that the saved chats from Zoom seemed a bit odd, hard to read.
When I do debates, the teams have the topics before class but don’t know what side they will be defending until they get to class. I think this helps them prepare both sides as well.

Janet you could assign a student in class as "chat moderator" each day. You could stop at certain points to check in with the chat during class.
